Borealis Ridership and Financial Performance

We have just sourced from WisDOT, MnDOT, Amtrak, and the Wisconsin Association of Railroad Passenger a number of statistics and information about the Borealis performance this summer and Amtrak's fiscal year which ended on September 30, 2024.
